If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased at www.retreat-clothing.co.uk, you can return it to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of item(s) for an exchange or refund by following the steps outlined below.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, all packaging, hang-tags must be attached and any related accessories and instruction booklets must be returned. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
Please note that the return of certain items, such as underwear, is subject to restrictions.
We do not cover the cost of any return postage; approved refunds/exchanges will be to the value of the original item purchased only.
Our returns address is Retreat Clothing, 11 Frogmore Street, Abergavenny. NP7 5AG. Alternatively, you can return your items for free, in person, at the same address. You (the buyer) will remain responsible for any damages/loss until the item(s) are received at our returns address.
