Delivery & collection

How much is UK delivery?

Standard UK delivery is free on full-price orders over £60. Orders under £60 have a £6 delivery charge. Click & collect is free.

When will my order arrive?

Our shipping policy says standard UK delivery is within 3 working days. We aim to dispatch orders the next working day and send an email when your order is dispatched.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, click & collect is free. Our store is at Retreat Clothing, 11 Frogmore Street, Abergavenny NP7 5AG.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Our returns policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your item for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with proof of purchase, packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories or instruction booklets. Some items, such as underwear, have restrictions.

How do I return an item?

Send it to Retreat Clothing, 11 Frogmore Street, Abergavenny NP7 5AG, or return it in person at the same address for free. Return postage is not covered. Please contact us if you have questions before returning an item.

When am I charged for an online order?

Our terms say you are charged when you place your order. If an item is unavailable, we will email you and refund it to the original payment method.
